My Story
Hi! My name is Melissa and my passion is helping big-hearted entrepreneurs in real estate and professional services to grow a business they love working with clients they truly enjoy.
Since the founding of my business in 2004, I have been serving real estate, mortgage, and services-based professionals; helping them market their businesses and take advantage of the latest strategies to communicate, keep-in-touch and grow their businesses.
For more than 15 years I’ve enjoyed (and endured ;) the path of entrepreneurship myself so that I can have the freedom to follow my passions, spend more time with my children, and earn a living doing work that is also one of my missions and purposes on this earth.
It is my greatest desire to help as many professionals as possible to enjoy the same freedom and grow a real estate and professional services business on their terms, that’s easy to market, attracting clients they enjoy.

In this program I do offer recommendations for some pieces of technology (i.e., Email Marketing System, Social Media Scheduler, Template Website options). Each of my recommendations is extremely low to no cost (free). Plus, you may already have many of the technology pieces in place in your business and you can and should use what you have, if it’s working for you. This program is not dependent on you using my specific recommendations.
This program is perfect for you if you have little experience with modern marketing and are not tech-savvy. My greatest mission is to teach you how to figure it all out and see you do things in your business that you never thought possible! The first step in that is adjusting your mindset to one of being determined to figure things out. There’s nothing I discuss in this course that my 70-year old mother doesn’t already do for her business. All you need to bring is a willingness to learn.
You will have lifetime access to this course and all the materials. I encourage you to do it on your own schedule. My greatest wish for you is that you finish it and implement so that you can build a successful business serving clients you love. So, if you can’t follow along during the 6 weeks, I encourage you to get out your calendar and create your own, realistic schedule. You, your business and your dreams are worth it, so make it a priority and follow a schedule, whether it’s mine or not.
If you have help with your marketing that’s fantastic! Keep that going, if it’s working for you. However, I do not believe that you should blindly hand over all of your marketing to someone else to do. You need to set the creative direction, the mission and the vision of your business. This course will give you the concepts around how to communicate who you are and what your business stands for. I help you create a niche that reflects your personality and the way you do business. You will also learn the latest, what’s working now strategies to market and build your business. It’s definitely helpful to have someone implement many of the strategies I discuss, but having the knowledge yourself will help you and your employees be more successful and help you use your resources more wisely.
